Auckland: The 12th World Cup women’s cricket tournament is being held in New Zealand. 8 teams are participating in this tournament. Each team must face the other team once. The teams that finish in the top 4 in terms of points at the end of the league will advance to the semi-finals.

The 19th league game of the series took place yesterday in Auckland. The New Zealand-England teams clashed. The England team that won the ‘Toss’ chose to bowl.

This is the 2nd victory of the England team. New Zealand suffered their 4th defeat. Knot Sever was selected as the best player of the tournament.

So far 19 league games have been played. Australia won all 5 of their matches and qualified for the semi-finals with 10 points. South Africa has 8 points, West Indies 6 points, India, New Zealand and England 4 points each and Bangladesh 2 points. Pakistan have not lost in all four matches so far.
