by time news

London: Great change has taken place globally since the corona. That is changing day by day, especially in the industrial and medical fields.

As such, a 4 day work trial program has been implemented in the UK. The pilot program will run for 6 months in the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. The experiment was coordinated by Oxford, the University of Cambridge & Boston College.

As a first step, London-based companies are involved in the pilot effort. About 7,000 employees from about 150 companies around the world, including banks, hospitals and animation studios, took part in the experiment.

Under this trial system, employees will be paid in full even if they work four days a week. Its co-ordinators explained that the pilot program was implemented to ensure that companies achieved their work target by working fewer days.

Commenting on the pilot project, Juliet, a professor at Boston College, said:

The main purpose of this test is to implement this test in the workplace, without harming productivity and business. It no longer makes sense for us to stick to a centuries-old, time-based work system. This epidemic has increased the idea of how to integrate work and life. ”
