TRENTO. The Regional Council approved the activation of orientation and training internships in regional offices in the Province of Trento and Bolzano. “We want to give an opportunity for socialization in work contexts to those people who temporarily or permanently lack the essential requirements for entering the world of work, with the aim of maintaining any residual work skills and implementing their potential and then being ready to be competitive on the labor market”, explains the president Maurizio Fugatti.
One of these internships ended in the best possible way. Started on 2 September 2019 at the Court of Bolzano, it was then renewed several times until the end of 2023. In the end, the Legal Personnel Management Office – informs a note – decided to hire the intern on a permanent basis starting from 2 January 2024, based on the regulations for targeted placement and following a positive evaluation.
