A workshop on Green HR Professionals Bangladesh Strategic Planning has been organized to enhance the skills of professionals.
The workshop was held on Friday at the Dhanmondi campus of Daffodil Polytechnic Institute in Shukrabad of the capital.
The chief guest of the program is Professor Dr. Farid Ahmad Sobhani said that it is necessary to improve oneself in keeping with the global development and always adopt new methods and technologies from education and keep oneself updated accordingly. Green HR Professionals Bangladesh is working for social change through their curriculum and other activities.
In the speech of the special guest, KM Hasan Ripon said that there is no alternative to human resource development by respecting the mother tongue and clinging to one’s own culture. The country should move forward by acquiring skills in the workplace. Trainings like this strategic training need to be repeated.

Roshan Ali Bulbul said that the members of Green HR gathered at Dhanmondi Lake every Friday morning to discuss and exchange experiences among themselves. So far 267 lesson cycles and 56 trainings have been conducted by their members. This will continue in the future as well. In future there is a desire to start it in different areas outside Dhanmondi and gradually in different districts outside Dhaka. Besides, Green HR Professionals Bangladesh emphasizes on skill acquisition by organizing a learning session every month in different universities of the country.
They said that this activity of Green HR Professionals Bangladesh will continue in the future. Associates of Green HR Professionals were present as collaborators in the event.
