Cosplay enthusiasts are descending on Nagoya for the World Cosplay Summit 2025, with a special pop-up store from Dragon Quest Island drawing fans to the event.

The world’s largest cosplay event, World Cosplay Summit 2025, is set to captivate fans in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, on August 2 and 3, 2025. A special highlight this year is the first-ever pop-up store from Dragon Quest Island, offering a unique experience for attendees.

This special booth, usually found at “Nigenno Mori Animation Awazima Park” in Awajima, Hyogo Prefecture, will feature “Dragon Quest Fukubiki Sow Special ~ The Island of Joma and Start!” This popular product is typically only available at the park. The event encourages all adventurers, even those in cosplay, to join the summit.

Attendees can try their luck at the Fukubiki gacha for 1,000 yen (tax included).

Hyogo Prefectural Awazima Park Animation Park “Nigen Nomori”
