While Karim Benzema, injured in the left quadriceps and forfeited for the World Cup, flew back on Sunday, Didier Deschamps announced on Téléfoot that the Madrid striker would not be replaced.
The coach of the France team technically had until Monday evening to announce the arrival of a new player to complete the workforce. But the France group will therefore remain at 25 players. From now on, the Blues can turn to their first match, Tuesday against Australia (8 p.m. French time). Hoping that the list of injured does not grow longer by then.
