[post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=””]The associative group of SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA already has a visual identity with which it will commemorate the next World Mental Health Day of 2024, whose motto chosen by popular vote is ‘Work and mental health, the fundamental link’. The winning slogan gets the approval of 33.2% of the votes, became the most voted option among the five that were proposed World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH), which is useful forprioritize mental health in the workplace.
The image, created by the designer Antonio Lorente, shows a very different combination of elements, both in colors and style, featuring a woman and a man, which is joined at the back and head, as a way of representing the consciousness and common thinking of the workers. He and she work as a common thread with the rest of the metaphor, understood as conditions, illusions, concerns and thoughts about work. The gradient, from orange to green, gives dynamism to the description and the sensation of the world of time, even evoking the morning with which a good day’s work begins. It also includes shades that are the symbol of SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA (red, orange and green). In the middle, we had Hour glass define schedules, speed of work, division of tasks and time dedicated to work; we had house, where hunger awaits – in this case, represented by two people and a dog -. Home, as a glimpse of what awaits you when the day ends: free time to do tasks, be with your loved ones or, simply, relax and live outside of work. This appeal to balance and need to reconcile work life with self and family life to prevent work from being a source of stress and anxiety, and from causing mental health problems or exacerbating existing ones. These pieces, joined together the moneyand they put the focus on those economic concerns and labor issues -like salary-, which also affects mental health.
Birds are related to the the passion for freedom and the right to freedom of people. On the one hand, when the work environment is safe and promotes mental health, it is an issue that makes it possible to have special project, something that is important for everyone and promotes recovery from health problems.
