These ten tips from anefp on the occasion of World Self-Care Day are aimed at all citizens with the aim of showing the importance of taking care of your health 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

These ten ideas are extracted from more than 150 ideas published within the framework of the campaign #TeCuidamos, an action launched by the Association for Self-Care of Health in society, through its channels on X, Instagram and LinkedIn, in order to share. recommendations for responsible self-care of health, with the help of 23 affiliated companies and companies familiar with anefp.

The ideas contained in the #TeCuidamos decalogue, the importance of healthy self-care, are:
