Alappuzha: Worms in porridge distributed to patients at Alappuzha Beach Women and Child Hospital. The worm was found in the porridge distributed by Kudumbashree’s canteen on Thursday night.
About 20 people bought the porridge given to women after childbirth. One of them saw a worm in the porridge when he took it to drink. The information was immediately reported to the hospital authorities and there was a ruckus.
Based on the complaints of the patients, the health department officials inspected the canteen.
