Besides the purchase or rental price, residents will also pay an annual all-inclusive fee that covers most meals and drinks, cleaning, WiFi, laundry, treats, unlimited fitness classes, and more.

The MV Narrative’s home port is in Croatia, but you won’t spend much time there: the cruise ship will circumnavigate the globe once every three years and will spend up to five days in different ports in order to give its passengers a fully immersive experience. A sample three-month itinerary begins in Rome with stops in Naples, Lipari Island and Sicily, before moving on to Malta, Croatia, Montenegro, Greece and Turkey. The ship will focus on chasing the sun, visiting places when the weather is good. Residents can also help decide where to stop along the way. Besides Europe, other destinations include the Caribbean, South America, the South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East.
