The masterminds at Blizzard have strategically rolled out Patch 11.1.5 with staggered releases, meaning some features will unlock in the coming weeks.

WoW Patch 11.1.5 – What’s New?

Think of Patch 11.1.5 as a three-course meal. The first course is served immediately, with the remaining features arriving in two subsequent phases.

Beyond the usual tweaks and balancing acts, the initial wave of this update brings three key additions to the game:

• The New Cooldown Manager
  • Keep a close eye on your most crucial cooldowns directly within the game’s interface. Blizzard aims to reduce reliance on weakauras or other interface add-ons.While still somewhat basic, it’s a step in the right direction.
• Winds of Mysterious Happiness
  • Mid-expansion, Blizzard is gifting us a buff that boosts both experience gains and reputation gains across various expansions.
    • Characters between levels 10 and 80 will enjoy a 20% experience boost.
      • You can also snag an item for an additional 10% experience.
    • Run wax in Dragonflight increased by 200 percent.
    • Run wax in The War Within increased by 100 percent.
      • The Lorenhall factions are excluded from this bonus.
  • The Night Streak Scenario
    • Venture into this scenario to earn reputation with a new faction and unlock exciting rewards.

These next few weeks are prime time for those catching up or rolling new characters. It’s also a great opportunity to snag those faction rewards from The War Within and Dragonflight. But remember, this buff is only active until May 20, 2025 – so make the most of it!

WOW Patch 11.1.5 is there – this new content is available from today (3)

Blizzard on the Night Streak Scenario: “Players will fight alongside a new faction, the Rays of the Flame, to defend Arathi from the Sureki armies after the defeat of Queen Anseurek. This group is made up of volunteer militia soldiers, led by veterans Thaed Scheiterhaufbauer and Mylton Wyldbraun. As you climb through the ranks, you’ll earn up to ten levels of fame and unlock new rewards.”

“Together with the Rays of the Flame, players will be divided into operational groups in the public Night Streak scenario to clear the battlefield and push back the Sureki. You’ll also be able to return to the Sureki Arm forces in Heilsturz and AZJ-Kahet to gain more fame with additional quests and activities between scenarios and to receive rewards.”

“A number of rewards await those participating in the scenario and quests, including new armor sets, a coat of arms that visually changes as you rank up, weapons, a new color variant of the Depth Researcher mount, and more. As your rank increases, you can also expect strengthening effects that will make you stronger in the Healing Fall and AZJ Cheeks.”

WoW Patch 11.1.5 – Arriving May 21st

The second phase of the update brings back the Disturbing Visions. Venture once more into twisted versions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar, witnessing the triumph of the Void. push through your enemies, defeat Thrall and Alleria, and earn cool rewards – but this time, almost entirely without Player Power. This makes the new feature almost completely optional.

Blizzard says: “Return to N’Zoth’s twisted versions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar and complete goals and challenges. While you are struggling through these encounters, you shouldn’t fall on the madness.”

“you will be able to go alone or move into battle with a group of allies. Players who want to experience disturbing visions alone or with another helping hand in their group can also invite the companion of soridormi.
