Writers Timur and Elena Litovchenko died from COVID with a difference of one day

Soviet, Ukrainian science fiction writer Timur Litovchenko and his wife, writer Elena Litovchenko, died of the coronavirus. Elena died on October 28, Timur – a day later. According to the national press, the authors were seriously ill with the coronavirus.

The sad news was confirmed on Facebook by the writers’ daughter Lusya Litovchenko.

Timur Litovchenko was born in 1963 in Kiev. He wrote his first story at the age of 12. He began to publish regularly from the 89th. He was the founder of the notorious Kiev KLF “Milky Way”. He is the author of novels, novellas and short stories “Warriors of the Underworld”, “Fifteen or twenty years left before communism”, “The number of the beast, or the lieutenant of the devil”, “Racketeers from the Universe”, “Rat” and many others.

He met his future wife while studying at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute.

Elena was born on May 1, 1963 in Tashkent. She has several detective stories and historical adventure novels on her account.
