The World Health Organization (WHO) has revealed that XE, the newest subspecies of Omicron, appears to be It is able to infect approximately 10% more than BA.2, which is also a subspecies of Omikron.

The WHO said in its weekly epidemiological report released March 29 that omikron strain XE is a cross between omikron strains BA.1 and BA.2, and XE will remain a strain.
