Newly launched devices are nothing new. Redmi Note 11 SE is basically Redmi Note 10S Repackaged One released last year. This means that the Redmi Note 11 SE has basically the same hardware and the same design.
The phone features a rectangular design with a centrally placed perforated hole for taking selfies, a quad-camera sensor, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, and multiple color options.

Like the Redmi Note 10S, the Redmi Note 11 SE has a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080p resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a punch-hole in the middle. The screen is an AMOLED unit that supports a 60Hz refresh rate, 1100 nits peak brightness, DCI-P3 color gamut, and SGS certified low blue light.
Inside, the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC is paired with an ARM Mali-G76 MC4. The phone gets up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Android 11 based on MIUI 12.5 custom skins out of the box, which is a shame.
On the back of the Redmi Note 11 SE, there is a quad-camera setup with a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. There is also a 13MP front camera for taking selfies.
There is a 5000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, but the device does not have a charging brick. Connectivity includes 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, IR sensor, and 3.5mm audio. And a USB Type C port.
Rounding out the device is the IP53 rating and dual speakers. Biometric authentication is handled by a side-mounted physical fingerprint reader.

The Redmi Note 11 SE costs Rs 13,499 for the only variant that comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone is available in white, black, purple and blue. Redmi Note 11 SE will be available on mi.com and Flipkart from August 31 at 12:00 PM (IST).
