Vikram’s last film Sami 2, directed by Hari, the leading director of Tamil cinema, was released in 2018. Since then, the Surya-Hari alliance has announced the release of ‘Aruva’ for the 6th time. The film was dropped due to some problems while filming was about to begin.
Director Hari is directing an action story with his wife Preetha’s brother Arun Vijay as the hero, who has now taken a permanent place in the cinema. The film is an action film mixed with village storytelling. The film stars Priya Bhavani Shankar opposite Arun Vijay. GV Prakash is composing the music for the film.
The shooting of the movie ‘Elephant’ is over and the background work is in full swing. The crew plans to release the film in theaters next February.
