The reward for the strong performance came shortly before the end. A counter attack in the 87th minute landed Cedric Itten, who was perfectly dispatched by Alan Virginius. Only in front of Fernando Muslera did he keep his nerve and confidently score the all-important 1-0. Unlike the striker, the keeper did not have his nerves – Muslera was immediately sent off for kicking the scorer.
Because the Turks were outnumbered, the Turks were unable to react further despite the 10 minute stoppage time. After the 2:3 in the first stage, the mortgage negotiated was too much for Galatasaray to change things. The frenzied crowd suddenly seemed very calm after the win.
Good start from YB

Unsightly scenes
The Turkish crowd showed their full intensity only after 80 minutes of play. YB substitutes Filip Ugrinic and Ebrima Colley were pelted with cups from the stands as they walked around the pitch. When the two sought protection on the field, goalkeeper Muslera also intervened.
After a few minutes, the referee Espen Eskas was able to calm the situation. YB didn’t let that throw them off course either – resulting in a well deserved win.
