TNE: Let’s dive right‌ in. Can you tell ⁢us what inspired you to work in the field ⁤of‌ senior empowerment and ‌community ‌engagement?

DL: Absolutely! Throughout my career, I’ve always been passionate about creating inclusive environments. By organizing various ⁤activities,we ‍aim to combat loneliness and provide seniors with purposeful engagement in their communities.

TNE: That’s inspiring! What specific initiatives have you been involved in that⁣ led ⁢to your recognition at the competition?

DL: One of the key initiatives has been our Skill Sharing Program, where seniors teach various crafts, skills, and hobbies to ⁣younger generations.
