Yeonggwang Arts Center will perform ‘Musical White Heart Hayanyi’. Yeonggwang-gun (Governor Jang Se-il) will perform ‘Musical White Heart Hayanyi’ at the main performance hall of Yeonggwang Arts Center at 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 21.
‘Musical Haanmaeum Hayanyi’ is a story centered around Hayan, a young girl growing up in a poor and alienated environment. The pure heart of a young girl and the adults with complex emotions surrounding her are intertwined, exploring the meaning of human relationships, love, hurt, and forgiveness, delivering a deep message and leaving a great impression on the audience.
In particular, actors boasting outstanding acting and singing skills are expected to appear in the show, delicately depicting complex inner and emotional changes, conveying the emotion of the work more deeply, and increasing immersion in the performance.
This performance was selected for the ‘2024 Regional Customized Small and Medium-Scale Content Distribution Support Project’ and is hosted by the Arts Management Support Center, organized by Yeonggwang-gun and Broson Company, and sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The admission fee is 10,000 won (Yeonggwang-gun residents – 3,000 won, middle and high school students and younger – 1,000 won), and admission tickets can be purchased online through the ticket link or on-site at the Yeonggwang Culture and Arts Center information desk starting November 14th.
Other detailed information related to the performance can be found in the Yeonggwang Arts Center corner of Yeonggwang-gun’s representative website and Naver Band.
Meanwhile, on the morning of the 6th, Yeonggwang-gun (Governor Jang Se-il) visited the Yeonggwang Livestock Cooperative Livestock Market and met with Korean beef farmers and livestock cooperative officials who were struggling due to the decline in Korean beef prices and encouraged them. This visit was designed to encourage farmers who are going through difficult times due to the recent increase in feed costs and the decline in Korean beef prices and to hear voices from the field.
Yeonggwang-gun officials toured the Korean beef auction site, checked auction prices and transaction status, and listened to the economic difficulties farmers were experiencing.
Through a meeting with the head of the Yeonggwang Livestock Cooperative and Korean beef farmers, he said, “The Yeonggwang Livestock Market is playing a big role in increasing the income of Korean beef farmers,” and “Inconveniences are carefully managed to ensure that the livestock market operates smoothly, and quality control is maintained to increase the competitiveness of local Korean beef.” “We will strive to improve and provide multifaceted support,” he said.
In addition, he additionally visited a nearby livestock cooperative feed factory, toured the feed production site, and asked them to make efforts to improve quality and produce high-quality fermented feed.
Yeonggwang Livestock Cooperative Livestock Market relocated to a new site in Hakjeong-ri in January 2020, equipped with an electronic auction system, and conducts Korean beef auctions every Wednesday. Feeding cattle and pregnant cattle are auctioned every week, and calves are auctioned in the first and third weeks of every month. Currently, it is playing an important role in the development of the local Korean beef industry, with a maximum capacity of 276 cattle per day.
