Yerevan offers Baku to sign a peace treaty. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this. This is how he answered in the parliament to the deputy’s question about the attitude to the proposal of the Azerbaijani side to sign a peace treaty.
“We also offered and offer Azerbaijan to sign a peace treaty … When we talk about the need to fully restore negotiations, our goal is to sign a peace treaty,” the prime minister said.
He stressed that the signing of the peace agreement is the goal of the negotiation process within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group. Pashinyan also noted that first the text of the agreement must be approved.
