Yèrèwolo announces a new series of demonstrations – Info-Matin

by time news

During a meeting with its Donzos partners, last weekend in Koulikoro, the Yerewolo movement standing on the ramparts announced a new series of three-day demonstrations, which will start from April 28, 2023. As always, this movement calls for the departure of the Minusma of Mali.
In a video posted on social networks, Moussa DIARRA, former deputy and spokesperson for Yerewolo standing on the ramparts, indicated that the menu of this meeting with the Donzos was only about the departure of Minusma.
Thus, the movement plans to make two more releases in the next two months after the April 28 demonstration.
Indeed, after several series of demonstrations against the Minusma, this new exit from the movement will take place with the participation of the Donzos on April 28, May 25, and June 23.
After having long formulated accusations against the Minusma in front of its Donzos partners, the spokesman of the movement hammered home that the Minusma was not there for the stability of our country, but only for a special mission.
“This mission must end, since France itself is no longer there,” he demanded.
As a result, the spokesperson for the Yerewolo movement standing on the ramparts invited the entire population to take part in this demonstration so that the Minusma finally leaves the national territory.
As a reminder, the last demonstration of the Yèrèwolo movement which was supposed to be the final assault of this struggle took place in September 2022. The demonstrators demanded the outright withdrawal of Minusma on September 22, 2022. A demand that has had no effect so far. The young people decided to return to the charge to be heard for the umpteenth time. It remains to be seen whether these series of demonstrations will produce the expected effects.
