Dindigul
Tamil Nadu State Yoga Sports Association, Dindigul District Yoga Sports Association organized a state level yoga competition at Palani. This was presided over by Karigalan, Treasurer of Tamil Nadu Yoga Association. Palani Murugan Temple Joint Commissioner Natarajan was the special guest and inaugurated the competition.
More than 500 students from various districts including Dindigul, Theni and Coimbatore participated in the competition. The competition was held separately for men and women. Then the students performed various yoga exercises and were amazed. At the end, prizes were awarded to the winners of the competitions.
Harikaramuthu, President of Palani City All Merchants Association, President JP Saravanan, Senthilkumar, owner of Valluvar Theater participated in this and presented prizes.
