The nature of employment should be specified in the contract. The contract should also include wages, weekend leave and daily working hours. Employment should not be done under strict conditions.

Do not work at night in factories. Children are not allowed for vocational training between 8 pm and 6 am. The maximum working time is six hours. Do not work for four hours straight without taking a break. Training time should be treated as working time and paid. The institution should issue work experience and training certificate to the children who come out after three months of work or vocational training. But there will be no holidays during this period other than the holiday in the employment contract.

Dubai: Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, announced golden visas and scholarships for outstanding students. Scholarships are awarded to the best Emirati Grade 12 students.
A 10-year golden visa will be granted to the children and their families of meritorious expatriates. 50 high school students will also be given financial rewards. Since last year, golden visa has been given to the students who get good results in class 12th.
