Young Arabs threw stones in Jerusalem and were arrested

Last night (Thursday) in the late evening, a number of suspects threw stones and damaged several vehicles parked in the Sheikh Jarrah (Shimon Hatzadik) neighborhood in East Jerusalem, and later on, some of them allegedly attacked a passerby and fled the scene.

Police forces began searching for those involved and a police investigation was opened.

Later that night, two of the suspects (16) were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the act. The arrested suspects were taken to the police station for questioning, and the investigation continues.
