Following this, Bhupathi bundled up the one rupee coins he had collected and brought them to a two-wheeler sales center in Ammapettai. There he piled piles of coins on the ground and bought a two-wheeler worth Rs 2.50 lakh with friends and company employees for 10 hours counting one rupee coin.
Receiving this, Bhupathi thanked his friends who had helped him fulfill his youthful desire for many years. Bhupathi’s saving qualities were highly praised by his friends in line with the proverb that if you save a little, you can live a prosperous life.
