[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]This study defines the basic dimensions related to the reality of people with disabilities between 15 and 30 years old in order to use this information to design policies aimed at improving the situation of young people with disabilities get better. To this end, an analysis of statistical literature sources has been carried out on the social inclusion of young people with disabilities, the quality of life and the transition to adult life of young people with disabilities, their characteristics and needs, both nationally and internationally.
