Tick-tock… The countdown is on. The gradual implementation of the low-emission mobility zone (ZFE-m) in the Paris region will soon prohibit access to the capital and its surroundings to motorists who own a Crit’Air 3 vehicle (petrol vehicles registered between the 1st January 1997 and December 31, 2005, diesels registered between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2010 and two-wheelers registered between July 1, 2004 and December 31, 2006). If this restriction set for July 1 should ultimately be postponed to the end of 2024 or even 2025 because of its extreme complexity, the future of these vehicles is nonetheless uncertain. Because the issue of ZFE-m concerns the whole territory and seven million cars.
