Doha: The Youth Forum in association with Al Khor Feathers Badminton Academy organized the Inter Zonal Badminton Championship. Doha Zone’s Mahroof and Shabir won the championship held at Alkhor Sports Club. Runners up are Sajid and Jasir from Hilal Zone.
Youth Forum Central President SS Mustafa, General Secretary Absal Abduti, Central office bearers Aslam MI, Aslam Eratupetta and Habib distributed the prizes to the winners. 16 teams participated from different universities in Qatar representing different zones.
Al Khor Zonal President Shahid, Vice President and Feathers Club Officer Adil, Fazil and Shamshir led the competitions. The tournament was organized as part of the various activities being held as part of the 10th anniversary of the Youth Forum.
