Kawshigan hails from Singapore. He and a woman named Noradan became friends in 2016. Meanwhile Kawshigan fell in love with Nora.
He declared his love to Nora in 2020. But Nora refused to accept the love and said that she sees this relationship only as friendship.
This caused a problem between the two. Kawshigan decides to take legal action against Nora for refusing to accept his love and emotionally bullying her.
Kawshigan dropped the legal action as both of them decided to consult a doctor.
Both followed 1½ years of medical consultation. But there was no change in Kawshigan.
He told Nora that she must accept her love or face irreparable damage in her professional and personal life.
Due to this, Nora started to withdraw from Kaushigan. This gave more trouble to Kawshigan. Kavshigan filed two cases against Nora in the court.
In it, he has said that he should pay compensation of 3 million dollars (Rs. 24 crores in Indian estimation) for causing him stress and trauma and for ruining my career.
It has been reported that the pre-trial hearing on this case will be held on the 9th.
