If inappropriate content is reported on YouTube, we remove the video and/or comments. In accordance with our regulations, we may also close the accounts concerned“says a spokesperson for YouTube France. And this while the custody of the youtubeur was lifted without prosecution.

«For behavior outside our platform, we strongly advise victims to report to the competent police or judicial authorities. If we find that a creator’s behavior, on or off YouTube, is harming our users, our community, our employees, or our ecosystem, then we take additional steps to protect them.“, he adds.

Norman is the third French youtubeur in number of subscribers. He debuted there in 2011 and according to an official tally, his videos have been viewed over 2.7 billion times.
