Budi admitted that he had handed everything over to Yudha Arfandi’s attorney.
He entrusted his attorney to provide Yudha Arfandi’s final defense in the upcoming plea hearing.
“The legal advisory team is preparing a defense plea. Hopefully, I can only ask for Allah’s help,” said Budi Akhmad when met in the Kalimalang area, East Jakarta, recently.
According to him, Yudha Arfandi’s legal team is currently preparing a final defense.
Submitting a defense from the attorney was the last effort he could make for his son.
“Now we are making arrangements. We also want our children to be prosecuted, yes, we will defend them,” he said.
As a parent, Budi admitted that he was still disappointed with the public prosecutor’s demand for the death penalty against Yudha Arfandi.
Yudha Arfandi was sentenced to death, his father conveyed this ahead of the plea hearing.
