“Yum Festival – Yisrotel, food and music” opened today (Thursday) on the “Yisrotel” network, which decided to give its guests a special culinary experience. A chef was assigned to each hotel – chefs Yossi Shtrit, Raz Rahab, Nof Atmana, Avi Biton and pastry chef David Gil from Spain who does pop-up desserts.
The chefs have been assigned to the “Royal Beach”, “Agamim”, “King Shlomo” and “Sport” hotels, and will enjoy not only the food in the hotel but also the chef’s dishes.
Chef Yossi Shetrit: “An amazing atmosphere that ‘Yishrotel’ has created, it’s always fun to step out of the comfort zone for things we’ve done in the past and feed people. The dishes will be part of the dishes that will be distributed in the dining room. It’s a different atmosphere, we wish you the best of luck for the festival.” The festival, which started today as mentioned above, will end on Saturday.
