Yombo Wisma proved to be the strongest team in the Tour de France and they brought the momentum from France to Valetta España. The Dutch team won this evening (Friday) in the team section against the clock in Utrecht (23 km) that opened the Spanish race.
The Dutch team of reigning champion Primoge Roglich finished 13 seconds behind Inaus (Richard Karpas) who came in second. Tomorrow the second section of the Valetta from Harthunbush to Utrecht will take place – 175.1 km completely flat, which will give the leading sprinters an opportunity to show their ability.
