“Yuru Camp△” became a big hit manga with over 10 million copies sold due to its scenes of high school girls camping in earnest and the laid-back atmosphere (Original work: Afro, Houbunsha’s official manga app “COMIC”) Currently being serialized in FUZ).
Since it was first made into an anime in 2018, there have been two TV series, one short anime series, and the movie “Yuru Camp△” released in 2022, all of which were huge hits. And in the spring of 2024, the long-awaited third TV series will be released!
This time, the person in charge of animation production for the new series is Eightbit, which has worked on many popular works. The director is Susumu Tosaka, who has been active in storyboarding and directing for a long time, and expressed his enthusiasm for this work, saying, “I will honestly and carefully portray the charm of the original work.” The person in charge of the new character design is Naonori Hashimoto, who has demonstrated his ability as an animation director and in various designs.
