It will be recalled that the bodies of dozens of related Ukrainian civilians who were shot dead by Russian soldiers were documented in the town of Bocha, northwest of Kiev, after the withdrawal of Russian forces.
“Three of the dead got into a bicycle on their last ride, while others fell near bullet-struck and crushed cars,” an AFP correspondent reported entering the city after being cut off for about a month. Anatoly Fedorok, the mayor of Bocha, said more than 300 residents of the town where some 30,000 civilians lived before the war had been killed after receiving “inhuman treatment” from Russian military forces.
