Zaldívar will be in charge of implementing judicial reform

The former minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of the NationArturo Zaldívar will be the general coordinator of policy and government for the future president of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, and will be in charge of monitoring constitutional reforms and coordinating the implementation of judicial reform.

“The president has instructed me to coordinate with the head of the presidential office, with the Secretary of the Interior and with the Legal Advisor of the federal Executive… to follow up on the entire constitutional reform project of the next administration, in particular the Judicial reform that requires very intense implementation and monitoring,” he said after having made his new position public.

He reported that he will also follow up on the initiatives that have already been presented, “but in a very prominent way,So they will be presenting it to her when the president takes office and begin to properly exercise his office.”
