jpnn.com – Zalnando, Persib Bandung left back has completed his duties at PSIS Semarang.
On loan during the first round of Liga 1 2024/25, Zalnando is now back defending the pride of the capital city of West Java, Persib.
Zalnando was seen at the team’s first training session which was held last week. The 28 year old player did not feel awkward when mingling with his other colleagues.
He also expressed his feelings about being able to strengthen Persib again.
“Thank God, we have returned to Persib and are training together again. Actually, it’s like returning home. So, it’s normal, because we have to go back, training is normal again,” said Zalnando, Monday (6/1/2025).
Zalnando received a lot of knowledge while wearing the Laskar Mahesa Jenar uniform – nicknamed PSIS -. especially in terms of compactness.
Zalnando admitted that he was grateful to be able to gain knowledge even though he was only at PSIS for half a season. What he got there, he said, he will try to apply at Persib.
“I got it there too welcome “The good thing about everyone in Semarang is that I got a lot of knowledge that I can bring to help Persib Bandung,” he explained.
“In terms of lessons (such as) teamwork, tactical insight, there are also lots of input, in terms of recovery too. You have to be smart there too. Then the calculations are going to wander,” he explained.
The Cimahi-born player is determined to help Persib win the League 1 title again this season.
“Champion, that’s for sure,” he said.
Zalnando is the first player brought in by Persib in the transfer market this half of the season.
Persib coach Bojan Hodak sent Zalnando home to fill the team’s back line which was temporarily left by Rezaldi Hehanussa due to injury. (mcr27/jpnn)
