Duchamp and Lahovitch, Score: 7
Apart from the flash goal already after 32 seconds the Serbian striker was the only one to appear on the Juventus attack
Adrian Ravio, Score: 5
A weak game for the Bianconeri’s French midfielder, who also committed a serious offense that only luckily did not cost him a dismissal
Juventus is having a difficult season. Fourth place in the league is uncertain and now also its future in the Champions League is in doubt. Tonight (Tuesday) the old lady hosted Villarreal for the first game in the eighth final of the factory and the opening was promising with a quick goal by Dusan and Ahovich, but finally the teams, in the first ever meeting between them, parted ways 1-1 and the decision goes to the match in Turin.
The opening was especially dreamy for Massimiliano Allegri’s side and in particular for Dusan and Ahowicz. The Serbian striker made his factory debut and already after 32 seconds stunned the Spaniards when he found the net with a wonderful kick. Precisely after the Bianconeri advantage they weakened greatly and the Spaniards got into things and were close to equalizing already in the first half.
Villarreal did not start well in the second half and Albero Murata almost doubled with his own quick goal, but the trend was again reversed on the Italians. In the 66th minute Etienne Capo recognized a hole in the Juventus defense and found Danny Farho with a wonderful ball, the midfielder scored with a touch and scored only his second goal in the factory. By the end the result was maintained at 1: 1 and the yellow submarine could even come out a little disappointed.
