Today (Monday) the well-known and beloved film actor who played dozens of iconic characters in Israeli cinema celebrates his 82nd birthday. Varach was born in Berat, Morocco, and at the age of 8 immigrated to Israel with his family. At first his family lived in Haifa, and later in his life he moved to Jerusalem.
