On the “X” platform and other social networks, Zelensky also published the first videos on Sunday showing the interrogation of North Koreans.
“Along with the first captured soldiers from North Korea, there will undoubtedly be others. (..) There should not be the slightest doubt in the world that the Russian army depends on the military aid of North Korea,” Zelensky said on the “X” platform.
“Putin started three years ago with ultimatums to NATO and attempts to rewrite history, but now he cannot do without Pyongyang’s military support,” the Ukrainian president said.
“Ukraine is ready to hand over Kim Jong-un’s soldiers to him if he can arrange their exchange for our soldiers held captive in Russia,” Zelensky assured
“For those North Korean soldiers who do not want to return, other options may be available,” the president said.
“In particular, those who express their desire to bring peace closer by spreading the truth about this war in Korean will be given such an opportunity,” Zelenskiy assured.
The President of Ukraine announced the capture of two North Korean soldiers by Ukrainians on Saturday.
This was also confirmed by South Korea’s National Intelligence Service on Sunday.
North Korea has sent more than 10,000 troops to Russia, supporting Russia in its war against Ukraine.
