The International Civil Aviation Organization’s 41st Executive Committee meeting was held at the headquarters of the International Civil Aviation Organization in Montreal, Canada. At this meeting, a historic agreement was signed to achieve the goal of net zero carbon emissions for international aviation by 2050.

More than 2,500 delegates from 184 countries and regions and representatives from 57 organizations worldwide attended the meeting. 56 topics related to technology including aviation security, navigation were discussed in this meeting.

The executive board meeting, themed ‘Reuniting the World’, is the largest gathering of the global civil aviation industry in person for the first time since the outbreak of the Corona virus.
