Zinemaldia will premiere the series ‘Fácil’ about four women who live in a sheltered flat

The series will be presented on September 20 at the Movistar Plus+ Gala at Kursaal 2

‘Fácil’, an original Movistar Plus+ series, in collaboration with Destruction and Salvation, will be presented at the 70th edition of the San Sebastian Festival, on Tuesday, September 20, at the Movistar Plus+ Gala at Kursaal 2. The series, created by Anna R. Costa, produced by Sandra Hermida and starring Natalia de Molina, Anna Castillo, Anna Marchessi and Coria Castillo, will premiere on the platform in the fall.

‘Fácil,’ made up of five 30-minute episodes, is a series about four women with functional diversity who want to live together in an apartment in Barceloneta. Their way of discovering their independence begins to collide against all the norms established for them, who behave like women looking for what they are in a world that has already decided what they are without counting on them.

It is the second work of Anna R. Costa in Movistar Plus+ after the success of ‘Arde Madrid’, which also premiered at the San Sebastian Festival, specifically at the Velodrome in 2018. The series is based on the novel by Cristina Morales ‘ Easy reading’, recognized with the Herralde Novel Award and the National Narrative Award.

After a lifetime residing in different centers, four women with functional diversity from Barcelona live in a supervised flat that has views of Barceloneta. Marga, Nati, Patri and Àngels are four women searching for what they are in a world that has already decided what they are without them. Their way of discovering their independence begins to collide with all the rules established for them, rules that they have to comply with in order to continue living together in the flat.
