Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back at AC Milan, now in completely different roles: the former goalscorer will be an advisor to the administration and owner of the historic emblem.
The information was released this Monday, in a statement, and formalizes the third cycle of Ibrahimovic in Milan. The Swede was at the house from 2010 to 2012 and from 2019 to 2023 red and black.
AC Milan intends, with this incorporation, to take advantage of Ibra’s high visibility on social media and the figure’s credit among the demanding tiffosi.
Ibrahimovic retired from the pitch in June, following recurring knee problems. In his new role, Zlatan will work directly with Gerry Cardinale, founder of RedBird, the company that holds the majority of AC Milan’s share capital, and with him intensify the emblem’s presence in various commercial markets around the world.

They aim to create meaning and impact and I look forward to contributing to their activities in the world of sport, media and entertainment”, said Ibrahimovic in a statement which states that his functions will not be limited to AC Milan, but to all associated brands to RedBird.
