Zombie disease, a strange and contagious disease that can strike deer in Canada, is spreading fast. The disease is spreading rapidly in the provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan in Canada.

According to the US Centers for Disease Control, the disease is most prevalent in deer, elk, reindeer, sika deer and moose. There is no cure or vaccine for this dangerous animal disease.

The disease was first reported in the United States in the 1960s and spread to Colorado, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota and Montana.

Zombie disease is said to be transmitted to humans by eating deer, which can infect predators. However, there is no strong evidence of zombie disease in humans.

The zombie-infected animal loses control of its brain. Exhibit excessive salivation, lack of coordination, abnormal behavior, excessive urination and weight loss. These external symptoms have led to the mention of zombie disease among the population.

But the symptoms are found in deer between 15 months and 13 years of age. Furthermore, it is said that the infection can be spread through urine and saliva.

Regarding zombie disease, the health agency said: – People should be as safe as possible. The risk of infection can be reduced by not shooting deer, eating or handling infected deer meat, or wearing rubber gloves when dressing animals.
