The National Meteorological Service (SMN) once again issued an orange alert for storms in the provinces of Corrientes and Chaco, and another yellow alert for rain for the City of Buenos Aires, the suburbs, and 11 other provinces.

The orange alert will affect 11 different cities in Corrientes -including the capital of Corrientes- and another 15 towns in Chaco. According to the SMN, there will be rains and storms of strong intensity and an accumulation of between 50 and 100 millimeters is estimated.

The yellow alert for rains applies to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the Buenos Aires suburbs, La Plata, Ensenada, Berisso and northern sectors of the province of Buenos Aires. It also applies to eleven other provinces. In CABA and GBA, accumulated precipitation values ​​of between 20 and 40 millimeters are expected and isolated storms are not ruled out.

Between Ríos, large areas of Santa Fe, central and eastern Chaco and Formosa, central and southern Misiones, western Corrientes, western sectors of Jujuy, Catamarca, San Juan, La Rioja and Mendoza are the rest of the provinces that will be seen. affected by heavy rains.

The minimum temperatures will continue to be low on Tuesday and Wednesday (6° and 8° respectively), but the score will rise again at the end of the week: Thursday’s minimum will reach 13° and Friday’s will reach 11°. As for the maximum temperatures, marks that will oscillate between 15 ° and 19 ° are expected.
