Chronic dehydration, which affects 75% of modern people

Water makes up 70% of our body. However, on hot summer days when it is hard to breathe under the hot sun, water is continuously lost through sweat and breathing. When we drink various beverages such as coffee, carbonated drinks, and tea, we often mistakenly think that we are drinking enough water because we do not have time to feel thirsty. However, can a cup of coffee really replace a glass of water? 75% of modern people suffer from fatigue, lethargy, constipation, and dizziness, but many do not realize that these are symptoms of chronic water shortage. In particular, in the case of chronic dehydration, it is easy to ignore these symptoms because we do not even feel thirsty. However, water shortage can lead to fatigue, lethargy, low blood pressure, urinary stones, body temperature regulation disorders, and in the worst case, death, so special care is needed.

What if you feel dizzy, tired, weak and powerless?
“I am dehydrated now”

Ms. Cheon Jeong-ja (62 years old), who drinks 1.5L of water every day for her health. However, she has never drunk plain water. She drinks boiled water containing jujubes, reishi mushrooms, barley, and cassia seeds, which are said to be good for the body. Ms. Cheon Jeong-ja believes that water should be drunk healthily, but since she boiled it herself every day, she was pointed out the problems with the water she believed was healthy. On the other hand, Ms. Hong Se-hwa (34 years old), who does not drink even one glass (200ml) of water a day, did not drink water because it was usually tasteless, she had to go to the bathroom often, and it was annoying. However, at some point, she started catching colds frequently, and her fatigue and dizziness got worse, so she went to the hospital, where she received a shocking diagnosis from the doctor that she was severely dehydrated.

This is what happens when you drink coffee instead of water
“Coffee cannot replace water.”

Shin Pil-sun (62 years old), who drinks coffee instead of water, never drinks water even when he is thirsty. Even after exercising, he quenches his thirst with fruit. Since he does not drink water, he goes to the bathroom on average twice, but strangely, he keeps going while he is sleeping. He goes to the bathroom on average three times after waking up, and he goes to the bathroom more at night than during the day. But it does not end there. His body becomes increasingly tired, and his headaches worsen. As he approaches 60, his health checkup results for high cholesterol and high blood pressure turn red. Could it be because of the water? Pil-sun, who visited the hospital half in doubt, hears unexpected test results.

Why do you drink water?
“I never want to go to the emergency room again.”

A year ago, Mr. Yoon Yong-han (39 years old) went to the emergency room due to urinary stones. Yong-han, who suffered pain that was as painful as giving birth, was prescribed to drink a lot of water. In order not to repeat the terrible pain, he has been drinking close to 2L of water since that day, which was less than 500ml. Yong-han, who was anxious because the stones still send tingling signals on days when he drinks even a little less water, visited the hospital again after a year. And he confirmed results that were unbelievable even when he saw them with his own eyes.
