New Delhi: 10% of medical tuition for economically backward public sector (EWS) Reservation Responding to a session with 3 judges in a case related to granting 2 judges The session will be held in the Supreme Court today.

The federal government has issued an order allocating 10% of seats in the medical superannuation to the economically backward public. However, a case pending in the Supreme Court claiming that this has no place in the Constitution of India is still pending.

In this situation, the central government sought to allocate 10% of the seats in the first year class of the medical college to the economically backward public. Subsequently, a petition was filed in the Supreme Court challenging the actions of the state. As a result, NEET counseling, which was scheduled to take place in November last year, was postponed.

Meanwhile, the federal government has filed a report in the Supreme Court saying that those earning Rs 8 lakh per annum are considered to be the economically backward public sector.

This case Supreme Court Judges Chandrasooty, A.S. A session of 3 persons namely Bopanna and Suryakanth was held. In this context, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta on behalf of the Central Government has asked the Supreme Court to expedite the hearing of the case on January 3 and 4. Meanwhile, the case was expected to be heard by a three-judge bench yesterday.

In this case, the session with 3 judges was reduced to two Supreme Court Chief Justice NV Ramana issued the new order yesterday. Accordingly, the case will be heard by a two-judge bench comprising Justices Chandrasooty and AS Bopanna today.
