In Russia, 13 people died in a sudden fire in a cafe. A fire broke out in the Poligon cafe in the city of Kostroma in the middle of the night.
After the fire spread, 250 people in the building were safely evacuated.
In the initial investigation, the governor of Amma state said that 13 people died and 5 people were injured in the fire accident.
