Only 150 days left for Om Rout’s Prabhas film ‘Adipurush’ to hit the theaters based on the Ramayana story in 3D technology. The makers have announced that it will release globally on June 16. This is the end of the long wait of the fans.
The makers of the film said that the teaser, which was released earlier, faced criticism including on social media, but the 3D version was well received. They also stated that the response to the 3D teaser boosted their confidence. Kriti Sanon is the heroine of the film.
Prabhas appears as Sri Rama in Adipurush. Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan is playing the role of Ravana in the film. Actor Sunny Singh is also playing the lead role. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishnakumar and Om Rout under the banners T-Series and Retrofile. The theme of the film is based on the Indian epic story that revolves around the victory of good over evil.
Aadipurush is Prabhas’ third project with producer Bhushan Kumar after ‘Saaho’ and ‘Radheshyam’. Filmed in Hindi and Telugu.
