To these are added another 30,000 workers who worked on a fixed-term basis last year and who today, also in light of the uncertainty about the future, may prefer income support tools instead of a real job ”, says Callugi. Concludes the general manager of Fipe: “To reverse this trend and make catering again attractive especially for the most professionalized figures, it is important that politics give a signal of trust, reiterating that the reopening process will be irreversible”.
