2021 In the first quarter, the rate of growth of gross domestic product (GDP) was 96.7%, the Statistical Committee of RA informs.
GDP volume at current prices in 2021 In the 1st quarter, it was 1,284,086.4 million. AMD, including the volume of agriculture – 58 987.3 mln. AMD or 4.6% of GDP. 2021 Along with the 3.3% decline in GDP (96.7%) in the 1st quarter, there was a 1.5% increase in agriculture (101.5%).
2021 In the 1st quarter, the consumer price index was 105.2% against 99.9% in the corresponding period of the previous year. The registered inflation is caused by the inflation of food products (including alcoholic beverages and tobacco), non-food products and services, respectively: 107.4%, 106.9% and 101.7%.
In the first quarter of 2021, the average monthly nominal salary in the republic was 194,109 drams.
During the observed period, there was a tendency of the average monthly nominal salary to increase (2.1%) compared to the recorded inflation (5.2%).
